Bring Your Team: Crucial Conversations Training

Whether it’s addressing performance concerns, navigating conflict, giving difficult feedback, working through disagreement, or leading during change, school leaders need the skills to keep conversations productive when stakes are high, opinions differ, and emotions run strong.

IASA is partnering with Bonneville School District to bring Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue to eastern Idaho on October 23. This highly regarded training gives leaders practical tools to speak honestly and respectfully, surface concerns earlier, find common ground, and move difficult conversations toward action.

And we’re bringing the training closer to you! Additional Crucial Conversations trainings are being planned for Southwest Idaho and Northern Idaho, giving leaders across the state an opportunity to participate.
